We have several beach house plans that offer residents amenable, full-time living space combined with all the rich enjoyments of life on the beach.

Chief among these is a fantastic view of the water, which is the first thing that everyone who purchases a Jack Preston Wood beach house sees when they peer out of a window over an ocean populated by sailboats, ships coming home to port, happy families playing in the sand, and coastal wildlife of all varieties. Our homes are carefully planned to combine the best in human comforts with the most beautiful elements of Nature, creating a living experience that is removed from urban bustle without losing the better comforts of civilization in the process.

Most of our beach houses are planned as three-story structures, with the garage conveniently located on the ground level.

Imagine the feeling of luxury you will experience every evening when you pull through a stately Porte Cochere into a spacious two car garage nestled under your home. This ground level parking area offers plenty of room for two vehicles and reasonable amounts of light storage. Next to the parking area is a separate room that can be used as a main storage area, tool room, personal office, or downstairs apartment. Imagination defines this space beyond the simple blue print, so start thinking both practically and creatively the day you move in.

The first story of every beach house is planned as a special event and activity space that fully accommodates both daily life and entertainment.

Kitchens, breakfast areas, and dining rooms are located just a few steps apart. This makes it convenient for your families to eat together without having to backtrack very far to the kitchen for seconds or dessert. In fact, our kitchen floor plans are much larger than those found in typical weekend beach homes, and they are fully equipped to accommodate everything from a small family meal to a full-course cooking demonstration.

On either side of the kitchen and dining area, beach houses typically feature a family room on one side and a living room on the other.

This provides your family with a separate entertainment area just for the kids and visiting close relatives. The separate living room allows you to create more of a public space on the other side of the dining area that allows you to entertain neighbors, friends, and business partners in a totally separate environment. Both living rooms and family rooms have their own respective balconies, so regardless of the type of gathering you are hosting, you can always take the party outside for a seaside view of the ocean.

Our beach houses are planned to give you the ultimate in accommodation and relaxation.

Bedrooms are located in the top floor of our beach homes and include master suites, children's rooms, and guest quarters. Each beach house also has a second story balcony that allows you to overlook the shoreline from a higher, less obstructed vantage point. Imagine how good it will feel to start the day by climbing out of bed and walking just a few short steps to watch the sunrise without even having to go downstairs-or laying out over the weekend on your own private roof deck included in our 5,036 S.F. beach house plan.

You no longer have to choose between living in a comfortable home or a comfortable locale. You can have both when you work with us.

Our beachfront homes offer you the freedom to bring the comforts of the suburbs to the very edge of the water. The versatility in design options make it possible for couples and families to choose the home that most suits their daily routine and simultaneously offers them an ideal locale in a setting defined by peace, quiet, and natural beauty. Think of style, harmony, and personal accommodation when you look at a beach house plan designed by Jack Preston Wood.

YAY!!!! MY 100th VIDEO UPLOAD!!! THANKS TO EVERYONE FOR WATCHING MY VIDS!!!! The link to download this house is over here: www.thesims3.com As a few people guessed correctly, I was to build a beach house. And build a beach house I did! However, it was supposed to be an actually fully fledged house but based on the complexities and lot size restricitions, I downgraded to a holiday house. I also decided on "experimenting" with colour with each section of the house a different one, I personally like the Blue the most. I forgot to allow sound to be recorded so I had to use music from previous sims, brings back lovely memories! As I said in previous videos I'm getting repetitive with furniture sets and styles, particularly the wood thing. Get used to it until the next pack comes out, and I refuse to spend copious amounts of money in the store (although the Ultra Lounge set is verrrrrry tempting) I tried to make a lowered living room but there wasn't enough space to fit it all in so I'll do it next hosue The house took 2 hours and 3 minutes to build and furnish. It costs 000 furnished and 000 unfurnished. Enjoy!!!

The best interior design ideas for beach house plans revolve around colors, shapes, textures, and the accessories of the beach and sea. Bright, sunny colors, rough, sand-like textures, and interesting found objects can help to bring the outdoors inside, and all are essential elements in beach house interior design. Another important consideration is practicality, since furnishings and textiles both need to be sufficiently sturdy to stand up to wet bodies and salt air, in addition to being attractive and convenient. Beach house design colors reflect the sand, sea, sky, and sunlight found at the sea shore. Bright, sunny yellows and whites help to bring outdoor light inside. Blues ranging from deep navy through vibrant azure mirror the changing hues of the sea. Ecru, taupe, and shades of beige help complement these colors, and are reminiscent of sand. The overall effect of beach house design is airy and light, to create a relaxing oasis away from the cramped life of the city. The use of texture in beach bungalow house plans is a great way to add interest. Beach homes are traditionally more casual than their counterparts in the city, and rough, textured fabrics such as tweed or even treated burlap can help to attain this insouciance. Pebbles and stones can be used in the garden, the bath, and as pathways around the house to add agreeable textures to a beach house. And, of course, no beach house is complete without some seashells. Some creative uses for these omnipresent (and always interesting) castoffs of the sea are under a glass top of a coffee table, set in countertops in the bathroom and kitchen, and used for pathways around the house. Driftwood can be made into furniture, hung on the wall, or embodied in the basic architectural structure of the house. The furniture in a house on the beach must be sturdy, yet stylish. Fancy drawing room furniture doesn't fit in with a small house plan by the sea. Furniture must play dual roles, such as a sofa which becomes a trundle bed when overnight guests show up or a coffee table which allows for storage beneath it. Essential beach home elements include a large kitchen - dining room area which is big enough to comfortably seat the family and some guests. The dining table should be sturdy enough so that lobsters, crabs, walleye and other bounty taken from the sea can be eaten without damaging the table, or feeling uncomfortable. A large, wooden plank style table with benches or simple chairs is ideal. The living room - family room furniture must be sturdy and also create a relaxing retreat for the family after spending the day outdoors. Putting slipcovers on upholstered furniture is a great way to keep the chairs and sofa looking new (in spite of continual wear), and you can switch them easily for a quick and inexpensive change of decor. No beach house plans (http://www.plantasdecasasgratis.net) interior design would be complete without fun nautical accessories such as fishing nets, ship's wheels, model ships and lighthouses, seaside signs, and - of course, seashells. Seaside accessories provide delightful bungalow house plans accents. Designs for the small house plan (http://www.plantasdecasasgratis.net) at the beach can be casual and fun, yet still look stylish.
